Beauty school is part of the Vocational training short courses. The goals of the project is to equip the young people of Kibera with the knowledge and skills to excell in the beauty industry in the country.In spite of the recent economic hardships that have faced Kenya, the beauty industry has continued to grow.
The industry also has the advantage of not being capital intensive at the beginning, therefore young people in the slums can be able to start from where they are, even without being stationed in one particular place. The beautician can move from house to house offering their services .
