Yesterday was the first day of the KTDP end year staff semina.We had a good time and every staff participated.The seminar started with feedback from administration on the evaluation questionaires which sought to get how the staffs and the projects perfomed throughout the year.
After that we devided ourselves into groups where we discussed project performance at program level. Later on we reviewed personnel policies and guideline and we finished the day going through expected changes in 2012.
