Preparation for end year evaluation seminar

The year is finally coming to a close and it is that time of the year when we sit back and evaluate the progress we have made through the year. KTDP staffs will be meeting on 16th December and 19th for a staff evaluation seminar. During this time,the staffs will measure their performance according the to the goals we set at the beggining of the year. Part of the process involves going through the organisation policies and structures, conducting SWOT analysis and other analysis. We hope to have a good time preparing ourselves for the next year
